The renter agrees to rent the games listed on the invoice from Rustic Game Rentals for the specified rental period.
The renter has two options for delivery: they may choose to have Rustic Game Rentals deliver the games to their event for an additional fee, or the renter may pick up the games using their own trailer. If the renter chooses to pick up the games, they are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate vehicle, straps, and equipment needed for transportation.
The renter agrees to pay the full rental fee at booking. If the renter cancels the reservation more than 48 hours before the event, the rental fee will be refunded in full. If the renter cancels the reservation within 48 hours of the event, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged and the rest refunded.
The games must be used only for their intended purpose and must be set up safely. The renter must agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by Rustic Game Rentals. Any changes to the games must be discussed with Rustic Game Rentals beforehand.
The renter is responsible for all damages or losses incurred during the rental period. The renter will be charged the full replacement cost for any damaged or lost games.
Rustic Game Rentals is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the games. The renter assumes all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period.
The renter agrees to return all games to Rustic Game Rentals in the same condition they were received. If any games are returned in a damaged or unusable condition, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost.
Rustic Game Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason. If Rustic Game Rentals cancels a reservation, the rental fee will be refunded in full.
