Booking & Availability
How do I rent your games?
The easiest way to hire our games is to get in touch via our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected].
You can also check availability directly on our Rentals page. Simply select your preferred dates and the games you’d like to hire. Prices will automatically adjust to reflect the length of your hire period.
Once you add items to your cart and complete the online booking process, we’ll be in touch via email with an invoice and payment details. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Do you offer bundles?
We sure do. Our game bundles are a great way to save, the more you hire, the better the value.
You’re welcome to create your own bundle using any combination of games or items (subject to availability). Simply email us or send a message via the Contact Us page with what you’re after.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular spring and summer weekends, as availability can be limited.
Booking early helps avoid disappointment and ensures you secure your preferred games and dates.
Delivery & Pick-up
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes, we do. We offer delivery and collection throughout Adelaide and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on location.
If your venue is outside our listed zones, please get in touch, we’re always happy to see what we can arrange.
You’re also welcome to collect and return your games from our Flagstaff Hill location at a pre-arranged time, free of charge. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle or trailer for safe transport.

Where is the pick-up location?
We’re based in Flagstaff Hill, Adelaide.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send through all the details you’ll need for collection or delivery.
Hire Periods & Timing
Can I customise the hire period?
Absolutely. Our standard hire period is two days, typically including delivery the day before (or morning of) your event and collection the morning after.
If you need the games for longer, additional days can be added. Just let us know.
Can I rent games during the week?
Yes, weekday hires are available.
Please note that weekday delivery and collection are limited, as both of us work full-time during the week. For weekday hires, customers are generally required to collect and return the games themselves from our Flagstaff Hill location at a pre-arranged time.
Weekend delivery and collection (Friday to Sunday) remain our standard service. If you’re unsure what will work best for your booking, feel free to get in touch and we’ll happily talk through your options.
Payment, Bonds & Cancellations
How do I pay?
Payment is via bank transfer.
Once you’ve made a reservation, we’ll email you an invoice with all payment details included. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Do you require a security bond?
Yes. All hires include a $50 refundable bond.
The bond is returned once all games are collected in clean, undamaged condition with all pieces accounted for. Any missing or damaged items may incur a replacement cost.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We offer free rescheduling, subject to availability.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
Practical Use (Space, Surfaces, Weather & Care)
Are the games suitable for all ages?
Most of our games are best suited to children aged 5 years and over, as well as teenagers and adults.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when playing the games or being around them.
Are the games weather-dependent?
Yes. Our games must not be left in the rain, near sprinklers, or in conditions where they may be damaged by the elements.
Most games can be set up and played indoors or outdoors and can be placed on grass, paving or decking.
The exception is croquet, which requires lawn or ground where pegs can be driven into.
Do the games require supervision or set-up?
If we deliver your games, we’re happy to set them up or leave them neatly in a safe, agreed location.
All games are easy to set up and come with an instruction card to guide you. Some larger games may require two people to assemble.
Adult supervision is required when children are using the games.
Do I need to check with my venue before hiring games?
Yes, we recommend confirming with your venue that lawn games are approved for use. Some venues require prior approval or have specific placement guidelines.
It’s always best to check in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
