How do I rent your games?

Go to the Rentals tab at the top of the page. Select the dates you are after and the games will automatically change price to reflect the rental period. Select add to cart and then head to the shopping cart button at the top right of the webpage. Select delivery and collection options and then go through check out. We will be in touch with you via email with an invoice and payment information. Once payment is made, your booking is finalised.

Do you offer delivery and collection of the games?

Yes! We can deliver and collect throughout Adelaide and greater Adelaide regions. There is a $75 delivery charge for drop off and pick up for metropolitan Adelaide and a $125 charge for extended Adelaide areas.

Alternatively you are welcome to pick up and drop-off from our Flagstaff Hill location at an arranged time at no charge. Please ensure you have a car or trailer of sufficient size for pick up and return.

What is your service area?

See the map below for our delivery boundaries. The inner yellow area incurs a $75 fee. The wider area with lighter yellow shading incurs a $125 fee. Please contact us if you are not sure which delivery zone you are in.

Where is the pick-up location?

We are located in Flagstaff Hill, Adelaide.

You can choose to pick up yourself at cart. Once we’ve receive your booking request we will send you through all the details you’ll need.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We offer free rescheduling (subject to availability).

Additionally you can cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before the event. In the event of cancelation within the last 48 hours before the event, a full refund will be given with a administration fee of $100 retained.

Can I customise the hire period?

Yes you can. The standard rental period is 2 days although additional days are available. Just choose your hire dates and the hire period for all the games will change to match.

Why can't I rent the games during the week?

You can rent the games during the week but pick up and returns are only available on Thursday to Sunday. 

Do you have bundles?

Sure do! Select from our range of rental bundles and save!

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to via email after you make a reservation. Payment in full is required to finalise your booking.

Do you require a bond?

Yes, all hires are charged a $50 bond. The bond is refundable upon return of the games in good, clean condition and including all game pieces. Missing pieces will need to be replaced so will incur a cost.
