How do I rent your games?

The easiest way to rent our games is to contact us on the Contact Us page or to email [email protected].

You can see if games are available by going to our Rentals page, select the dates you are after and the games you would like. The games will automatically change price to reflect the rental period.

If you select "add to cart" go through the online booking process, we will be in touch with you via email with an invoice and payment information.

Once payment is fully made, your booking is finalised.

Do you offer delivery and collection of the games?

Yes! We can deliver and collect throughout Adelaide and greater Adelaide regions. There is a fee depending on the location (either $100, $150 or $200) for delivery and pick up. If your venue is further out, email us and we can try to work something out.

Alternatively you are welcome to pick up and drop-off from our Flagstaff Hill location at an arranged time at no charge. Please ensure you have a car or trailer of sufficient size for pick up and return.

Where is the pick-up location?

We are located in Flagstaff Hill, Adelaide.

Once booking is finalised, we will send you through all the details you’ll need.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We offer free rescheduling (subject to availability).

Additionally you can cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before the event. In the event of cancelation within the last 48 hours before the event, a full refund will be given with a administration fee of $100 retained.

Can I customise the hire period?

Yes you can. The standard rental period is 2 days. This usually includes delivery the night before or the morning of the event and pick up the morning after. Additional days are available if you are needing the games for longer.

Can I rent the games during the week?

You can rent the games during the week. Delivery and pick ups are available on Friday to Sunday and by negotiation Monday to Thursday.

Do you have bundles?

Sure do! Select from our range of rental bundles and save! The more games or items you select, the cheaper each one is.

You can choose any combination of games or items (depending on availability) to suit your needs. Please send us an email or message via the "Contact Us' page and mention the games and items you would like.

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to via email after you make a reservation. All payment details can be found at the bottom of the last page of the invoice. Payment in full is required to finalise your booking.

Do you require a security bond?

Yes, all hires are charged a $50 bond. The bond is refundable upon return of the games in good, clean condition and including all game pieces. Missing pieces will need to be replaced so will incur a cost.
